Clinical Supervision for LPC & LPCC Therapists
Grow Into the Therapist You Want to Become
Becoming an independently licensed therapist is about more than checking hours off a list. Clinical supervision is an opportunity to strengthen your clinical skills, deepen your confidence, and develop your own therapeutic voice while receiving thoughtful guidance along the way.
Whether you're just beginning your supervision journey, nearing independent licensure, or just looking for a little extra support, the right supervisor should challenge you, support you, help you to figure out your own style, and create space for honest conversations about both the clinical work and the realities of being a therapist.
At Redbird Wellness, supervision is designed to help you build competence while feeling supported throughout the process.
Trauma-Informed Clinical Supervision
Brooke has been an LPCC in Minnesota for almost 10 years. She is an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist who is passionate about providing high-quality, trauma-informed care in an outpatient setting.
Over the past five years, Brooke has successfully owned and operated her own private therapy practice and has grown a social media presence while continuing to provide evidence-based care to individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. That combination of clinical experience and private practice ownership allows her to support supervisees not only in developing strong clinical skills but also in understanding the realities of working in today's mental health field.
As a Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy Approved Supervisor, Brooke provides clinical supervision for therapists working toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
Her approach to supervision is collaborative, supportive, and rooted in curiosity rather than criticism. Clinical growth happens best when supervisees feel comfortable asking questions, exploring uncertainty, and developing confidence in their own decision-making.
What Clinical Supervision Can Include
Every therapist enters supervision with different strengths, goals, and areas for growth. Supervision is individualized to meet you where you are while helping you continue building clinical competence.
Topics commonly explored during supervision include:
- Case conceptualization
- Diagnosis and treatment planning
- Trauma-informed therapy
- EMDR consultation and integration
- Ethical decision making
- Documentation and clinical reasoning
- Building confidence with difficult cases
- Professional identity development
- Therapist self-awareness and burnout prevention
- Navigating private practice questions and career development
- Networking and marketing
Rather than focusing solely on completing licensure requirements, supervision is intended to help you become a more confident, thoughtful, and effective clinician.
Individual and Group Supervision
Brooke offers both individual and group clinical supervision to meet different learning styles and professional needs.
Individual Supervision
Individual supervision provides dedicated one-on-one time to explore cases in greater depth, receive personalized feedback, and focus on your specific professional goals.
Investment: $175 per session
Group Supervision
Group supervision creates opportunities to learn alongside other developing therapists while benefiting from multiple perspectives, collaborative discussion, and shared clinical experiences.
Many supervisees find that hearing how other clinicians conceptualize cases broadens their own clinical thinking and increases confidence.
Investment: $35–45 per session
A Supportive Environment for Learning
Clinical supervision should feel like a place where you can ask difficult questions without fear of judgment.
Whether you're working through a challenging case, navigating ethical concerns, developing your therapeutic style, or simply building confidence as a new clinician, supervision should leave you feeling more capable, not more intimidated.
Brooke believes supervision works best when it balances accountability with encouragement. Her goal is to help therapists become independent clinicians who feel prepared to make thoughtful clinical decisions while remaining grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
